  • StormHarbour’s Family Office aims to help our clients and family’s bespoke philosophies, needs and objectives be the driver of the conversation with their various wealth and asset managers rather than the other way around.
  • Given StormHarbour’s niche, we are able to deliver the crossover between conflict free advice on our client’s business and private assets, wherever this is required or needed.

Understand and define the key Foundations that will drive the client’s/family’s Investment Process

  • Asset location and Asset allocation advice, including currency allocation, where necessary
  • Total Private Banking asset supervision including trade and idea evaluation
  • Analysis of existing and recommendation of Private Banking counter-parties to be used; plus recommendation of alignments to be made where and if necessary
  • Performance reviews of various portfolios held with Private Banks and any outside Asset Managers; plus recommendation of alignments to be made where and if necessary
  • Analysis of fees currently being paid to various Private Wealth and Asset Managers; plus recommendation of alignments and harmonization to be made where and if necessary
  • Portfolio consolidation and Concentration Analysis
  • Perform price checks and trade facilitation on over the counter products, including bonds, derivatives and structured products
  • Advise on Risk Control Mechanism for the portfolios in aggregate, including leverage and concentration controls
  • On-going maintenance health checks of the portfolios in aggregate as well as asset allocation considerations on a quarterly basis
  • Other private family requirements: for example, aircraft financing; leisure boat financing; art advice and financing
