Prior to that, Brian was the Senior Counsel / Associate Director, Legal & Compliance at China Resources Capital Management Limited, a subsidiary of one of the largest PRC conglomerates in Hong Kong. Brian is a US lawyer with 7 years of experience in top international law firms in US and Hong Kong. He is admitted in California and has a US Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona. Brian is also a Canadian Chartered Accountant and US CPA with years of auditing experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Silicon Valley. Brian holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Simon Fraser University in Canada.
